Do not spend your money on a extended warranty on anything. We had bought one to cover our range and when I called tuckers to let them know our oven had started messing up they said someone would contact us in 24-48 hrs. Well the first call was in 24 hrs. and they took down our info. and said someone else would call to set up the appt. in 24-48 hrs. well I had to call the number I was given to let them know it had been 5 days and still no technician has called so I'm told to call another number and they tell me they have t ck. on it and tell me they will be here on 8/31/22 I told them it would have been nice if they had called to let me know that and the repair person is suppose to call me the day before well still no call, or email so I look up this A&E repair service and its the same number that was given to me on the 29th and their reviews are terrible and when you try to call and find out something they said they would send a text with a link to keep in touch with the repair person. Well 2 hrs later still not text and the day is almost gone. So I call tuckers and tell them what's going on and they say theres nothing they can do. I won't buy anything else...

I called around for a speed queen washer and dryer and found them in stock at Tuckers appliance in Springdale! I talked to James on the phone and he was very knowledgeable and invited me to the store to look at them! So I took my wife down there thinking we were getting a dryer, and ended up with a washer and a dryer! And the very next day he sold me a refrigerator for my garage as well! He mentioned that as a veteran I got free delivery and install as well! I had waited around at the big box stores and no one offered assistance at all until I asked and then they didn’t have any in stock! Support the local business here! They work...

Bought a new Speed Queen on June 5th and didn’t install it till June 9th and 25 days later it quits on July 3rd evening. Called and Manny the Manager told me sorry they don’t do a 30 day exchange or replacement. It will have to be serviced under the warranty. Have to wait 1 week for someone to come and try & fix it. Had to go to laundromat and waste 4 hours and almost $40 washing our stuff. I will never buy from again and I suggest nobody else does either if they can’t do a exchange on a item that only lasted 25 days and cost us...
