PLEASE CHECK UPDATED POST CHANGED TO A FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE*Worst experience of today's lazy employees I have ever been. DO NOT GO HERE. My wife and I stood at the counter at 10:55 as we didn't realize they weren't open for 5 more whole minutes. Horrific eye rolling associate kept her headphones on and stared at her phone until 11:00 as we at least expected a hello? Nope. She made it her purpose to ignore us completely. Busy listening to music. We awkwardly stood there looking at the jewelry ready to spend a few hundred dollars. We left and walked the mall for 10 minutes and came back. Now open officially for 10 minutes she still had the headphones on and completely ignored me as I stood there looking completely astonished by the lack of someone wanting to actually work!!! Called the store phone number when I got home and the line was busy for over an hour. Finally got the customer service number from another location and was told a district manager named Michelle would be contacting me within 24 hours or most likely that day....here I am 3 days later and still waiting for Michelle to call. Also found out they work on commission???? Wow young girl with giant furry boots really could care less about making money off a customer. Do not shop here. She needs to be fired. And she wouldn't even care if she was I guarantee it. Plenty of better people in the world need work. UPDATE I have to update my previous post and say that upper management has responded and resolved the issue and dealt with the former employee. They have been great with generously accommodating me and we have gone back to the location and dealt with Elisabeth who is the manager of this store. She was fantastic to deal with my wife is thrilled with her piercings. If you need jewelry or piercings I would strongly suggest going here and especially asking for Elisabeth to assist you. Pathetic! My granddaughter saved up enough money to get her ears pierced. We took her in and a young man with no experience marked her ears and proceeded to pierce the first ear. When he pierced the second ear, he pierced half off her ear. Being in pain, she started to cry. Another employee came over to finish the piercing. The young woman did not bother to look at where the first hole was done and proceeded to pierce her ear way above where it should’ve been pierced. My daughter-in-law and I just left Banter three weeks after the original piercing episode. We wanted the business to add another piercing in between the two holes at no cost due to them messing up the original piercings so badly. The answer was a resounding “No!” The young woman who messed up so badly would not take any responsibility for her action. To be honest, I told them that I believed that they were not a real jewelry store and that my 2 year old granddaughter could’ve done a better job piercing my 10 year old granddaughter’s ear than she did. This hurt their feelings and the manager who couldn’t handle her feelings being hurt called security. I’ve never seen a business run by such irresponsible and delusional people. I told them that it’s okay to make a mistake, but be honest enough to own up to it. If anyone is thinking about going to Banter for a piercing, do yourself a favor and go to a “real jewelry store,” but don’t let Banter know that you don’t consider them a real jewelry store or you just may have security...

If i could rate it a 0 i would. The employee was down right ignorant. My mom and I got there 5 min before they officially were open and I was just looking at jewelry and my mom was staring into space. We did say we know they weren't open yet and I wanted to get daughters ears pierced. But I just continued to look my mom just got off work was tired and was just staring into space. The employee rudely asked are you just going to stand there and stare at me to her and ridley said you can't just stand there since we are closed. She could of politely asked us to wait somewhere else. I was bring my 3 month old there since this is where I got my older daughters ears pierced when she was a baby. After she was so ignorant I refused to let her do it and gave my business to claires who was in the same mall. They just lost my business and I spent my 150 dollars elsewhere.
