Read moreHonestly was there and they had thanksgiving day prices. Got sat in a corner where it was so hot . Basically got ignored then rushed only 30 mins in. Asked for water lady was like to go? No im literally like to drink now. Paid almost 50 for the experience then to basically be escorted to pay which was ridiculous. Rushed was definitely an experience there as a first. Other customers agreed they were too.
Ive come back since then now February. Absolutely horrible customer service. I couldn’t eat in peace without a waitress rudely walking on our way multiple times 10-15 times we were there an hour. They just kept watching us eat. Way back when the staff never did that. They were so much more relaxed. Didnt even get my dessert and had the tray put down to pay. Dinner prices which they dont tell you they expect you to read it in one of the 10 signs they have from added grautuity. To dont waste food (which its a buffet) to the food plates are weighed after. Made it uncomfortable for my fiance who isnt a big eater but wanted to enjoy a nice lunch with me. He felt very forced not wanting to be rude to eat everything. Wanted to to finish my egg drop soup my favorite! The soup tasted disgusting like olive oil gone bad and the eggs smelled raw and looked slimey which made it looked not cooked throughout. Told a waitress who told her boss. Said waitress proceeded to complain to her coworker. 45 for sunday lunch with rude staff and raw soup. Being told if i dont know what the soup is supposed to be like that? I always get the soup every place i go i know what itll taste like. Never going back...
Read moreUpon arrival at the restaurant, I was discriminated against because I have a Trained Certified Psychiatric Service Dog. My dog is required to ensure I'm able to partake in activities out in the community. I rely on my service animal the same way a blind person would rely on theirs. The manager immediately questioned me as to the validity of my dog being a service animal. From there, I was escorted into an overflow room, and the waitress directed me to be seated at the 1st table inside the doorway. Before I could even consider having a seat, the manager immediately exclaimed no and further directed me to the very back of the empty room. He proceeded to state that I could sit there, but my service dog was not permitted outside that room until I was preparing to leave. Please note that my dog is trained, and I have never experienced any issues either with her or anywhere we've gone. There were very few customers, to begin with, and I certainly know how to handle my service dog in any and all situations. Taking all of the negative aspects into consideration. I chose not to spend my money in this establishment and never will. I will, however, let people know the type of discrimination that is taking place. Thanks to the managers' actions, I had a psychotic episode, which is precisely why I have a trained certified service animal to help avoid such mental health problems. I wholeheartedly feel that everyone who has an understanding of mental illness and service animals should completely avoid this restaurant. Thank you for reading my review, and have a...
