I ordered an assortment of photos on the website in an assortment of sizes. I also purchased one of the board photos. When you place an order on the website it states a time you can pick everything up. When I went to the store there wasn't any one in the photo area and another employee went to the back to find the guy who was supposed to be working. When he came up he couldn't find my pictures. After waiting for about 30 min he finally was able to locate them...they were sitting on the printer the whole time. When I asked about my board he didn't know how to do them so it wasn't done. He asked if it would be ok if he called me when it was completed so I left him my cell number...I never received a call. When I left the store I got in the car with my fiancé and headed home. I didn't think to look at the pictures at the store and I didn't look at them in the car because it was 9pm and just figured we'd look at them together once we got home. We were sorely disappointed with the quality of a lot of the photos. Some of the ones we had enlarged looked great and others looked terrible. All photos were taken on the same camera and they look great at the original size. When I called in and asked a photo associate about this, she said that it was on me to make sure the picture enlarges well...well when you are selecting photos for print, you just select a size, it doesn't show you a "Print Preview" but she did tell me if I would've looked at the pictures before leaving the store, I could've gotten credit for the ones I didn't like. I feel that if that's the case then they should be encouraging customers to look at their photos in the store before leaving. I also feel if they have employees who don't know how to perform all duties required by the job, i.e. making photo boards, then time for pick up should be by call only, not by a computer generated pick up time. I will not be ordering...
Read moreUnfortunately, my experience at this pharmacy was frustrating and disappointing. While I fully understand and respect that every employee is entitled to a lunch break, the way it was handled here showed a serious lack of communication and courtesy. I waited in the drive-through line for about 10 minutes with no signage or notice indicating it was about to close. Then, without any explanation, the window was abruptly shut for lunch. Wanting to understand what was going on, I went inside and happened to catch the pharmacist walking out. I tried to speak with him, but he wouldnât even acknowledge me no eye contact, no apology, nothing. His demeanor came across as arrogant and completely lacking in empathy. Sadly, this attitude seems to trickle down to the rest of the staff. When I brought my concerns to the store manager, the situation didnât improve. Rather than addressing the issue constructively, she seemed intimidated by the pharmacy team and more concerned with defending them than listening to a customerâs valid concern. She even went so far as to condescendingly explain what a lunch break is as if I wasnât aware. It felt dismissive and, frankly, like an attempt to "mansplain" the situation to someone she clearly underestimated. Ironically, I have a professional background in human relations, so I recognize poor communication and team dynamics when I see them. This experience left me feeling disrespected and unheard. Professionalism and basic courtesy should be non-negotiable in a healthcare environment especially one that people rely on for important needs. Unfortunately, both were sorely lacking during my visit. It's time to transfer...
Read moreThe pharmacy is absolutely terrible!! My Dr called in 4 prescriptions for me that I needed around 300 in the afternoon. I received an automated call from walgreens about a half hour later saying my prescriptions were not ready because of an insurance issue, that they were working on it and would call back when it was ready. By 7pm I still had not herd from them so I called and was on hold for 45 minutes so I drove to the store and went through the drive through. Waited in line, finally got to the window and the lady said she had to talk to the pharmacist. After 10 minutes she gets back to me to tell me they don't participate with my insurance so the prescriptions were never filled! I was then told if I would like to pay fill price out of pocket they would fill them for me. There was no way I was doing that so I asked how to get my prescriptions transfered to another pharmacy and was told that pharmacy would have to call in. By this time it is almost 9 pm. I called Rite Aid who was more than happy to help and try to get my prescription that I needed filled. They called walgreens and also sat on hold for over 45 minutes trying to reach someone to have my prescriptions transferred. At that time both pharmacies were closing. Needless to say Rite Aid has been trying again to reach them this morning for over an hour!!! Someone should have called me to let me know the insurance issue so I could have gotten in touch with my Dr yesterday!!! I would not recommend for anyone to go to this wallgreens especially if it's for...
