Let me start out by saying that their customer service was amazing. My waitress was awesome and she was on it. The bad part was the food. Unfortunately the meat we got which was bacon, sausage and scrapple. All 3 smooth were chewy and seemed like they were almost microwaved. Terrible texture. Just fatty and gross. And it didn't help that the bacon was pre-cooked. That's probably the worst part. When I go to a diner I expect real bacon. None of that pre-cooked nonsense. On top of all that I ordered their French toast. They did not give it an egg wash or nothing before they cooked it. No vanilla. It was simply toast with syrup on top. Read moreFirst time here - my wife and I arrived around 11. Inside it’s nice and airy, plenty of light in spite of the closed sidewalls. Tables were placed allowing for separation from other patrons. Booths were comfortable, allowing room to move/breathe. We were waited on by Angie, very up beat and personable, which transcended to all the folks she was serving. I was hoping for a Corned Beef Special, but lunch doesn’t start until 11:30. Angie went ahead and asked the Line Cook if they’d make an exception, which they did. Overall, great place to eat, great service, laid back environment and priced Right! In the words of Terminator,...
Read moreMy husband and I ate here Sunday morning. Trying to get lunch but the start serving lunch after 11:30. So we ate breakfast. I had the western omelette with home fries and white toast. I was good. I really like the home fries with the smaller cut potatoes and lots of crispy bits. The toast was well buttered which I really loved and didn't have to ask for extra butter. Omelette was well cooked as well.
My husband had the eggs over easy. Which he said were perfect, home fries , corned beef hash and white toast. The coffee was very good and only required one creamer and sugar. The prices were good and so was the service even though it was busy. We enjoyed a good breakfast that...
