I don’t usually do this but we were just treated so horribly at this Taco Bell. We used the mobile app when we got to the window they said it wasn’t ready yet asked if we could pull up. No problem it was busy. Pulled around waited about 15/20 minutes went up to the walk up window. Was told it wasn’t ready yet and if we didn’t want to wait we could just cancel it on the app but they won’t do it in store and then they slammed the window shut. Well the order said done in the app so we couldn’t cancel. Walked back up to the window and the woman there said something like I already told you what to do. Another person asked if we were being helped to which the same woman replied I told him what to do he did this to himself and then waived her hand and said She didn’t even care. And then someone came up rudely as though we completely bothered her, she slammed open the cash register to give us a refund and slammed it in my husband’s hand with not a word. I’m not really sure what we did to deserve all this but my lord that service was terrible. All the while we thought we were being patient and we inquired back with them after plenty of time had passed because our toddler had started to become fussy. I hope no one ever experiences that again. Really disappointed in people there. Hope tomorrow is a better day for all who were rude...
Read more07/03/23 I understand that it is hard to find decent employees these days, but come on!! Went through the drive thru with a mobile order. I got my drink and then the manager came up to the window, and asked if I had the mobile order. Not just once, but twice. Even after I verbally and visually expressed I was, both times. I'm assuming that he was high because he looked dazed and confused. His eyes were squinted during the entire conversation. Then I received my food from a girl with stars painted on her face. Her personality and greeting had much to be desired. She spoke to me at no time. I didn't even get a smile nor acknowledgement that she was breathing. I've delt with dead fish with more personality then her. Not sure if it had something to do with my skin color or not, but the person in front of me must have received all the personality she could muster up for the day. Maybe because the employee and the person in front of my car, were both the same skin tone. The employee just pushed two open bags out the window in a manner that spoke negative volume. But not only all this happened, I DID NOT receive one of the items that I had payed for. Definately not going back if this happens again. It's a shame because this was one of the better TacoBells...
Read moreWhile ordering in the drive thru, I realized I forgot to order my son’s two extra tacos. I pulled up to the window and explained that I would like to add two tacos to my order (meat and cheese only). First I was told it couldn’t be added to my order and they would have to start a whole new order because they had already started making my food. THEN, I was told if I wanted the two tacos, that I would have to go thru the drive thru again. I politely told the people at the window that if it’s that big of a problem then forget the two tacos. The young gentleman ringing me up told the woman making food that I didn’t want to go back through the drive thru for the tacos and she screamed “DOES SHE WANT THE TACOS OR WHAT!!??” Essentially, they WERE able to add to my order, took my payment, and then I was told to pick another flavor freeze from what I HAD PAID FOR because they didn’t have the flavor I ordered ready. (Seriously!? After you told me to go back through the drive thru for 2 tacos?) Very, very, RUDE, terrible customer service and we will not be coming back to this East...
