Target — Local services in Springfield Township

The cell phone representatives in Target stores are third party resellers. They will try to sell to you for cheaper prices than if you were to go to an accredited store. As it may sound enticing and like a deal you will have problems down the line whether it be billing issues, account issues, or them having sold you used or counterfeit phones. They only care about their sales and commission. They are not actual AT&T employees. If you plan on purchasing a phone go to a legit AT&T store. Save yourself the trouble. Everything is so outsourced nowadays. Not to mention you are giving your personal information out to third party companies. Allow the actual company to handle your needs. Had an issue and it was so much of a headache. I see I am not the only review for this same issue. Make an informed decision before you purchase or make an upgrade to your cellular device in Target, Sam's Club, Costco, any kiosk, etc. Thankful I don't have cell service with them. EDIT: This store was recently upgraded and while it still isn't the greatest, it's at least improving. I'm upgrading to 3 stars but they still need to work on stocking the shelves with more goods.

This store was designed and laid out by a moron. There is no clear way to tell what is where and even the employees don't know. I went looking for a plunger and was told they were with bath items. They were with cleaning supplies on the lower level. The groceries are such a little section and have a poor assortment of items. The shelves are routinely disheveled and barren in many places. The employees have always been helpful or at least tried to be but even the computer system tells them the wrong information most of the time.

I'm also confused as why there is a target another mile down the road. I only recently learned of this and will try the other store next time.

This target 🎯 location is nice. Spacious and very organized. I have visited this shop after a while. Found out very nicely decorated and plenty of merchandise placed in shelves. But unfortunately I couldn’t figure out what I was looking for because the isles identifiers are not properly placed so I had to check almost everywhere. Finally a gentleman from the store tried to help to locate the item. AC was out of stock but there is no way to figure out until you find the shelves by yourself. After almost half hour of searching I had to leave the store empty handed! But I was surprised to see that nobody from the store staff approached to see what we were looking for or if we needed any help!! Everything was great except the customer experience!
