I took my HP Laptop in on Saturday afternoon after a phone call and feeling really amazed that they are open all day on the weekend. They were being very safeāmasks required, max of two in storeāall employees wearing masks. I couldnāt get into my admin Account because I had changed password and made a mistake in writing it down. They added anew admin acct which I couldnāt figure out how to do. I was going to take it back on Monday and for a very reasonable price they were going to backup data and reinstall windows. I was able over the weekend to retrieve my account and change password with that admin acct. when I called Monday to tell them why I wouldnāt be bringing in my laptop, they wouldnāt accept any payment for what they did on Saturday. I asked about sending something to tech and he said that would be OK. Who does that? These guys have been our go-to computer place for most of the years they have been in...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI like BLH because I have bought several devices there over the years. The machines are a good value for the money, but remember, you are buying a USED piece of hardware that is probably at least couple of years old. I was told that I needed to be on a CWLP disposal service program in order to use their service. If the disposal is free for residents the question is itās NOT FREE. if you have to pay CWLP . I thought you could use this free service once a year without paying for it being a resident. The guy I spoke to was very rude didnāt really explain the real reason I needed a CWLP bill I understood the reason was to show that you are a resident in Springfield. Not to see if you are paying to use their services. Which again is supposed to be free once a year...
