UPDATE: Yesterday (November 26, 2018) I took my 2019 Chrysler Pacifica to Bob; I wanted all the windows behind the driver blacked out & the driver & front passenger windows lightly tinted (This is the 4th vehicle I've had Bob tint for me.). Just like the previous 3, Bob did an EXCELLENT job!! When I left his business no one would have been able to tell the windows did not come from the factory with the tint. The work was seamless & flawless. I still highly recommend Bob for all your vehicle tinting.

I bought a new Chevrolet Express Extended Passenger van & I wanted the windows behind the driver's compartment "blacked out". The dealership recommended Bob & set up the appt. The window tint is great, it looks excellent. If a customer's experience was just that, then this would be 5 stars. However, part of the customer experience is how the business treats its customers. All I did was ask for a professional's opinion because I don't do window tinting often at all. You would have thought I was demanding my tint be free. I was being as polite as I can because I know people that get this stuff done can be difficult but he got a very testy attitude in return and called me a difficult customer! Bob has done tint work for my family for years, did my first car 16 years ago and did my new one 2 years ago. The other day I noticed the drives side window tint was peeling up, I called him to see if there was a way to fix it and he said he will take care of it but he isn't going to fix it, he is going to remove the old tint and put new on!! Out of the half a dozen cars and few house windows he has tinted for my family, my window has been the only one to have a problem and he is standing behind his work and taking care of it.
