When I arrived to the store I was very impressed by the quality and availability of all the chocolates and candies. I spent a good 30 mins in the store with my mom and wife. We had gotten come coupons though an online auction and tried to use them. Well we found out that they had expired about two weeks ago, and we were told they no longer had value. We weren't even offered any discount. I understand that we missed the deadline, but customer service needs to be first and foremost in any institution. We moved here 4 years ago and Bon Bons was the first place I took my kids. Walking in,the smells made us salivate and the colorful displays had us marveled. The staff were so friendly and the variety suited each of our palates. One kid likes gummies and the other chocolate so it was perfect and affordable! Yay! We purchased a couple of coupons from the KGBX Auction along with several hundred dollars in other coupons. We finally had a chance to go in and check this place out and the owner refused the coupons because they were 2 weeks too old. Seriously? I paid for these things, the least they could have done is offered some sort of consolation, but we were flat out refused. We own a business and would never consider doing this to a customer.
