My dad and I were over here today to return a dog collar because it had been defective ever since about 10 days ago and there were a couple of other people in front of us which we kindly waited until we got our turn. There were other workers in the register booth socializing while we waited in line. Both of us kindly asked for a manager and we told her the situation and she interrupted both of us to say and I quote her words "you should've brought it in the moment it broke" in a very unprofessional manner. She then went on to say that I can't give you a refund. My dad went on to say "why can't you give us a refund?" The store manager replied that we didn't bring it in from the moment it broke. My dad then proceeded to ask "how about a store credit if it is easier for you?" Again we were both refused and given a customer service number. I find it hard to believe that the store doesn't have a register function for refunds exchanges for store credit. Furthermore, when we called the customer service line where we were referred to a chat box online, where we would have to start the process all over again. It is unfortunate that a repeat customer is treated like this in store and by customer service representative on the phone. We will not buy from this store ever again and with the hoops we had to go through in customer service it is very likely we will seek other businesses with same or similar product offerings. Let the buyer beware. Make sure nothing you buy from Rally House is not defective although you probably won't know that until it falls apart on you. Where upon you will probably go through this kind of hastle...
Read moreRally house has a good selection of team t-shirts, unless you are bigger than a 2xl. If you're a 3xl your selection is practically nothing. If you're lucky you may find a basic design with your team logo but no cool graphics or vintage style designs. The online store isn't much different. The store has a few basic long sleeve shirts and a several thick sweatshirts and hoodies. (Which bigger people don't wear as much) It seems that Rally House isn't interested in your business if you are a bigger person. Staff has said they have had a lot of people looking for bigger sizes, so ....??
I see the owner commented on my review. I am impressed and hopeful that he is serious and does look into providing a better big and tall selection. But I'm doubtful there will be a change. It has been this way for years and even the staff admitted that a lot of people come in looking for bigger sizes. This doesn't seem like an oversight or a mistake. They know, they have always known, they could have fixed this but nothing has...
Read moreThe good: Prices slightly above market BUT they have a great local selection which makes it worth paying the price. Staff nice and friendly. Ease of purchase A+ The bad: Ambiance is dull. Quiet in store, and it does not encourage excitement. It makes it kinda strange and does not encourage extra staying time for more shopping. Also no discounts for military post or present? How 'bout ems, first responders, police etc. Guys, these are the people that really deserve it everyday, not a day a year. And although the majority of stores do, this business is in the hair percentage that does not. They might claim prices are low but I'd imagine margins would be just fine doing this based on pricing. Anyhow, those are the businesses our family and I will personally support further. Local or...
