Boot Barn — Local services in Springfield

I had never been to a Boot Barn before. Had a great experience. I had ordered a Cody James Cowboy hat from Sheplers and it didn’t fit my fat head. I was directed to Boot Barn where Tristian shaped my hat perfectly! Also, Grace was very sweet. She rang up a buckle I bought my dad for his bday. She asked if I was going to wear it somewhere fun and I told her it was for my dad. So this is a local small business I bought a pair of timberland pro composite safety toe boots they where killing my feet there was issues with returning they where very prompt on a manufacturer error the higher ups should recognize Zoe,Tonya,and Becca for there excellent customer service and how nice and neat and clean there store is. It's a decent store but VERY VERY EXPENSIVE! they they don't have plus size women's clothing and even their women's boots only go to a size 10 they said so that cuts alot of us women out from shopping there. I couldn't or wouldn't pay their prices anyway ! They man the shaped my husbands Stetson hat was nice and helpful but I wouldn't say we'd be a frequent shopper...
