Natural Grocers — Local services in Springfield

Since I've moved to Missouri, I've been hoping to find somewhere as nice as my beloved Sprouts. I really missed that store, and Natural Grocers is a perfect replacement.

There is no deli, meat counter, or bakery I that I could find, but truthfully I rarely used either of those back home. And being more honest, Sprouts's bakery usually always tricked me into spending more than needed.

Anyway, Natural Grocers thoroughly verifies every product they put on their shelves to ensure you're supporting companies that are good for you and the planet. (Which takes the guess work out of shopping) This was very comforting and has also made it easier and more affordable to shop eco friendly products. (I recommend the Caboo Bamboo paper products)

Their staff is friendly and helpful, they always go above and beyond.

The company also does community outreach according to their website.

I'm so glad to have such a lovely store nearby my home. I'm relieved to know I can continue helping our planet and feeding my family in a way that brings me peace of mind.

TODAY WE GOT 3 DOZEN CAGE FREE EGGS.

THEY WERE ONLY $1.99 A DOZEN. WHICH IS HALF PRICE OF ANYWHERE ELSE.

WE CAME HOME AND COOKED THEM. THEY ARE THE BEST TASTING EGGS IVE EVER HAD!!

AND THE CARTON SAYS THEY ARE FROM AMISH FARMS, SO THAT IS A PLUS.

AND THE STAFF WERE SO INCREDIBLY FRIENDLY. MARTHA WAS GREAT!!

It’s Halloween night. My boyfriend and I want to carve pumpkins together for Halloween. Now, should I have previously bought pumpkins to carve? Yes. Did I? No. So, there I was on Halloween, about to cry because I could not find pumpkins ANYWHERE. I called just about every grocery store in Springfield, physically went to 4 stores, and no pumpkins.
