I must begin by stating that I was fully prepared to outline the numerous issues I had after booking my bridal party makeup with Willow and Birch. To summarize - I set up a trial which I was satisfied with and moved forward booking my date for me and my bridesmaids makeup. Nearly 6 months later I received a call to confirm my appointments and was advised the artist I booked with was not available on my date and they could place me with someone else, I was also advised at this time that the wedding coordinator at the time had provided incorrect information and that my entire bridal party had to be there at start time (which was not the original plan). I was frustrated but went with the changes as it was too late to book anywhere else as we were now less than 6 months out from the wedding. Jessica, the current wedding coordinator, did make every attempt to accommodate our party as the issues that were present were a result of information provided by the previous coordinator who is no longer with Willow and Birch as far as I understand. Rowela (Ro) was the artist who did the makeup for the bride (me), the mother of the bride, and sister of the bride and she did a fantastic job. Makeup started at 8:15 AM and lasted until it was removed at 1 AM the following morning. I did not catch the name of the 2nd artist but she did fantastic as well. Overall, the quality of work was amazing and I believe the initial issues were a result of the wedding coordinator who is no longer there. I had a pleasure getting a full hair transformation done by Shelby. The salon was clean, welcoming and right on schedule. #Shelbydidmyhair she didn't just do my hair she completely nailed it!! 💯 I went from a long dry one length mess to a fun layered, all-over high-light root tap, heavenly scalp and neck massaging💆‍♀️ blowout and beautiful curls. It turned out Exactly how I envisioned it.😍 Shelby delivered perfection!!✂️🎨 Her attention to detail and artistry were next-level! She even thinned out the bulk of my hair without making it look choppy, which takes real skill!! My hair is very deceiving and gave her an arm workout but it didnt scare her away or make her rush through it!!!
