Staff in shoes not helpful! Husband and our son went shoe shopping, found a pair, tried than on and decided to get them. They were blue so he thought blue shoes meant boy shoes. So my son wore them home, ran around playing, and next day wore them to school. That was when we found out they were girl shoes. I was furious that the sales person either didn't care or was poorly trained to sell to a boy little girl shoes. We also then could not return the shoes since they had been worn outside. I was there 11/18 about 5pm looking at shoes. I didn't find anything I liked but the young man with dark curly hair who was working the area was simply wonderful. He was very kind, attentive and cheerful and gave such great customer service. He had good product knowledge and was handling multiple customers with ease.
