Don’t count on them to honor your Good Rx coupon without a good fight, they flat out said they do not honor Good Rx which is against their contract. I asked about getting my script transferred to a different pharmacy, the response was, just have the doc write another script. It’s Friday, the doctor can’t, another pharmacy was able to contact to try to get the prescription… he kept mentioning my insurance, even though I told him like 10 times I wasn’t using my insurance because it’s not covered, ran it though my insurance again… the whole experience was frustrating, and they were overwhelmingly busy. People are in line cursing about how long I was taking. This just left a bad taste...
Read moreThe pharmacist named Barrett act as if she is targeting my client who is 74yrs old. She suffers from severe pain in her back and shoulders and wrist. She is legally blind and has recently had surgery to have her gallbladder removed. Every month she fills her scripts and every month there is a problem and she hold her meds and throws off her pain management with her ridiculous suspicions. Its like she has a personal vendetta or something. Every time we speak to the pharmacy staff they talk with an attitude and really rude ... I dont think that is within hyvees customer service hand book. I love hyvee but I nor my clients will use thier...
Read moreThe pharmacy staff here is awesome! It's rare to have to wait in the drive thru for more than 10 minutes and it's not even a five minute wait if you walk inside. I tried two different Walgreens and always had to wait 30 or 45 minutes or even longer just to pick up a prescription! Hy-Vee is SO MUCH better and the staff is organized, friendly and helpful! And I have yet to have any problems with Hy-Vee not being able to fill a prescription, and having to wait a few days to fill a prescription because they were "waiting for a shipment" like Walgreens...
