Town & Country Shopping Center — Local services in Springfield

I went to Tuesday Morning....with my neice. As we entered the store, an associate, later I found out her name was Cassie....looked at us, turned away and kept doing what she was doing....she didn't say hello....can I help you....nothing!! However...a lady, comes in after we do,she acknowledged her right away...hello, how are you....I have been going there for a looong time.....and have always been acknowledge, upon entering. I give a low rating, not for the store, however....poor customer service....GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, GOES A LONG WAY!! We can ALWAYS GO SOME PLACE...

I was only here for a few minutes at Burlington. The shopping center looks run down, like they are on their last leg. If I'm not mistaken, Burlington even had signs up saying that they were closing soon and moving to a different location.

The shopping center didn't have any trendy stores for young people or any nice restaurants to take your friends to eat and hang out. The area looks like it hasn't been...

It's just okay. Sadly it's mostly unoccupied and the shops that are left are mostly niche kinds of places. So its not exactly a hive of activity or a hub for convenient all in one shopping. It would be a great place for more restaurants and some more generic retail shops. Then again maybe they should just tear it down and start over; and honestly the building itself has gotten...
