The pizza tasted good; however, they now only have pepperoni and sausage as toppings options, which is a lot fewer options than they used to have. Also, they no longer have a salad bar. In regard to the games, they have some pretty fun ones. They've got basketball and football games, a Kung Fu Panda game, a Monopoly game, and a Nerf game, just to name a few. It's hard to pick a favorite, but if I had to I might go with an Avengers coin pushing game, where you try to get the coins to push Infinity Stones down a ramp to get a bonus, like 25 extra coins that will fall down onto the game board or 5 tickets that you can redeem for prizes. Once you get six Infinity Stones, a wheel will spin that will award you a good amount of tickets. The best I got was 30, but there are far higher amounts. You can get a card that will let you play unlimited games within a certain amount of time, such as an hour, or you can get one that has a certain amount of points on it, with each game costing a point. I prefer the unlimited games version. If you want some good pictures they have a photo booth. Overall, it's a nice place to go.

I would first like to plug the monthly chuck e cheese memberships. If you arent using them and have kids, you are missing out. I have the silver and just know for $12 per month you will save so much! Now for a review of this location. We have been to Bloomington several times and enjoy it. I was skeptical about this location due to my knowledge of the area. The first amazing thing was the staff member at the front counter. Great service, smile! Then i saw what i never knew would exist anymore and that were the animatronic characters. Bloomington doesnt have them and boy its a shame. Anyone who grew up with showbiz pizza knows these are a true nostalgic item. This location is bigger than Bloomington as well. The only reason i gave it 4 stars was because the took put the salad bar. This was a great option if you wanted a little bit of health food instead of overindulging on carb loaded pizza. There was a staff member constantly going around and testing the machines and dusting them off. I was impressed with the cleanliness and service. Will definitely come back. We came on a Tuesday around 3:30.

Hopefully can't blame staff for the picture. Found this in the men's bathroom. Thought it was amusing. I've been here for two birthday parties. Games are fun, pizza tasted good, and the kids had fun. I grew up going to a location closer to Chicago. This one is much smaller, but is still great for kids. My biggest complaint was the small number of staff working. Only one woman was working behind the ticket counter. I believe she was also in charge of the front registers too. There was nobody at the door stamping the kids. There were many kids climbing on games. I'm more blaming the parents for that one than staff, but staff didn't seem to care when they saw it.

I don't typically leave reviews but I felt I needed to on my experience last night. We went to the Chuckie Cheese in Springfield Illinois around 6pm. I pay for the monthly subscription ($30 a piece) for 2 kids where you get the 250 game play etc each day. I go in and we swipe our cards and get the play points added for both and then I order food. By this time it's between 6 and 6:30pm. The manager Lashae comes out from the kitchen and tells the girl at the counter to only take my order, the lady behind me's order and a couple behind her. We go and sit down and kids start playing. I noticed food coming up to the counter and then noticed the 3rd order from the couple walks up and their beeper is going off. The lady who ordered after me was saying I believe that is a mistake I ordered before her and they ordered after her. But it wasn't a mistake the manager Lashae actually cooked theirs first. Then a little bit later the 2nd lady's order became ready. Again I ordered first. When I asked about it I was told because their order was smaller and I had more items. To me it should go in order as you receive it. When I noticed my stuff not in the oven yet or wings being cooked I asked to cancel and for a refund. A gentleman relayed the message because she refused to come talk to me. When he told her she quickly started adding food to the oven. I then was told because it's already cooking I can't have a refund. At this point it was 7:45pm and they close at 8pm. I continued to tell them I don't want it I want a refund. Then 8pm hits and the announcement over the speaker says we are closed and please find the exit. I still don't have our food. When she finally finishes it is close to 8:30pm. She then throws the food into to go containers up on the counter and disappears. I end up finding her down by the stage and when I confronted her she wanted to get loud with me and tell me I am not getting a refund because she already cooked the food. I again told her it wasn't even started when I first asked for the refund. She was very disrespectful and I don't feel she handled it like an adult. Instead of apologizing she continued to talk to me inappropriately. I then grabbed my stuff and kids and left and figured I would handle it in the morning. I called corporate and filed a complaint and was refunded my money instantly. I wouldn't recommend ordering food if the manager Lashae is the one cooking. You will more than likely not get your order for 2 hours and be prepared for her to pick the order she wants to cook...
