If I could leave less than a 1 star review I would!! Absolutely worst customer service in the industry. this is being written by a master watchmaker who has been in the industry for nearly 15 years. Galen in the so called customer service Department is the most rude and disgusting human being I have ever spoken to in a watch service facility. We sent a watch in for a partial repair as the watch has been just serviced and was running perfectly, a timing print out from a chronoscope was provided showing 300 Degrees of amplitude and a rate of +5 S/D. They would not honor that as they are crooks and requested we pay $900 UPFRONT!!! and then wait 3+ months for the watch to be completely serviced again!!! As a watchmaker in the industry I have never been treated this way by any other service facility from any other brands. I would hope that LVMH changes their ways soon and cleans shop with these disgusting employees they have working in this...
Read moreI sent my Zenith watch to change glass and do service, first they sent me the offer 702 $ and I accepted and paid it, then they called me and said that they want to change some thing else which it cost a lot of money, I refused and asked them just change the glass, they accepted, but next day they called me again and said that to change that thing too or they didnt able to replace the glass, I asked them to send me an exact offer, they told me soon that I will receive an email with a new offer. but I received an email from fedex that they sent me back the watch without repair instead an offer email.
