Visited the store today to grab some products. After getting answers to a couple of questions. The staff member pitched a rinseless wash product. I wasn't interested in the product and he just kept coming back to it. Going so far as to question why I hate it and why am I so passionate about not using it. I'm not sure about anyone else but I shouldn't have say no to a product repeatedly or qualify why I do not like a product. I shouldn't have to argue with someone to spend hundreds of dollars. I walked away and made no purchases. Buyers beware of the aggressive sales tactics and poor attitude. Id recommend shopping online brands like AMMO and Obsessed Garage offer comparable products or better with being verbally accosted because you dont like one product...

The team over at Detailing World are such great people, whether it's for prompt product distribution (mind you our shop is an hour away), product knowledge, or customer service, these people are world class. Larry and Bruce have played a big role in taking Evolution Auto Spa to the next level with their constant introduction of the latest and greatest detailing and ceramic coatings on the market today. Their store in Springfield is extremely well designed and always clean, they operate just like we do, with honesty and integrity.
