The owner's responses consist of banning whoever has something negative to say, or telling them they need more details. More details is understandable, the other is not. I'm assuming that this is their first business because you still have an opportunity to try and resolve an issue, and an updated rating, by possibly clarifying or meeting in the middle. Instead, it's "I don't know what to say other than you're no longer welcome here". Extremely childish. Users have the option to update their review, and quite possibly would if they would get a civil and perhaps empathetic response back. No, I have never stepped foot in this store. But I'm not seeing a reason to do so after seeing such a knee-jerk reaction to someone who had a disappointing experience.

Read moreThis store has a plethora of different RPGs, if you're tired of dealing with Wizards of the Coast or Paizo isn't your cup of tea, there are a lot of quality TTRPG stocked. Very friendly owners and staff, they also host several game nights throughout the week, and told me that they're open to hosting game nights for patrons and have open table evenings. All in all, this is a quality game shop that in my mind equals or even rivals Meta.
I appreciated the array of comics as well, And the TTRPG accoutrements like dice and other items were well represented. They're also willing to do custom orders, and also have many local events posted throughout their store. They also include local artist representation for art events.
Tl;dr: Nowhere's seems like a quality local establishment to continue patronizing for...
Read morei love popping by this store so much. i have trouble going out in public a ton but everyone was so friendly there since the first time i came, and it's always a goal to head back soon when i leave. their game rooms are AWESOME and ive loved watching them develop. i can't imagine how it's going to develop as their vision keeps building.
i am trying to hard to get there for one of the minifigure painting events because sometimes i head by and see drying figures and a work station and it is just the coolest.
i've been to a couple comic shops in town and none of them make me want to hang out and leave with a cool set of dice and a list of rpg books added to my wishlist...
