My grand mother before she passed bought me a 22 inch solid gold chain. My baby yanked on it and it broke so I took it to rosenbaums to get it soldered. They outsourced it to a private jewelry repair man which they couldn't disclose. It was fine. Not too long after breaks again. I take it in.. He acted empathetic and looked it over said he'd get it to the repair guy again. This time I picked it up. Wife says that looks like a different chain. I said it's not. Then I put it over my head. You need a 24 inch chain to do that. Took it to endless jewelry and they told me it's hollow gold. Mine was solid and 22 inches and could not fit over my head... he said that was my chain.. so robbery is the legal term I made clear to him it was not mine with the evidence and he said I was again...
