Was at this location to pick up a couple of labels that I ran out of while awaiting a shipment of labels. 4 employees were behind the counter but apparently only one register was open. The customer at the register had extensive questions (which is understandable) so that register was going to be occupied for a while. While standing waiting wondering what these other employees behind the counter were there for, never once did anyone say to me "Someone will be right with you" "Sorry for the wait" . As a small business owner I pride myself in customer service and this location dropped the ball in my opinion. Read moreIt's not to pick on the store, per se. They're all terrible. Sometimes the staff is ok, sometimes not. But there are chronic under-stock situations in every Staples I go to. It's so bad, we started using delivery. Which was a total s--- show. 3 delayed delivery dates. Finally delivery of half the order. Then there are rebates. I bought something today that had a rebate. The onerous process to get it on line after being given a ridiculous amount of paper in the store. And 4-6 weeks to get it! The company is rotten, pure and simple. I waited for more than 20 minutes and the male worker behind the counter simply ignored us in line. He appeared to be either working on a job for someone "not in line" or just working on a random assignment but not handling any of the customers standing there.
