On March 18th, I came through the drive thru. Not only was the lady rude, but the drink I ordered (a caramel ribbon crunch) didnât taste like it had any caramel. I came around again after mixing it and trying it again and it still tasted just like the coffee suryup. When I came around again I politely said to the lady at the window âhey I usually get this and it tastes good but for some reason it just tastes like coffee today.â She then replied with âwell itâs made with coffeeâ I said âIâm aware itâs made with coffee, but it tastes nothing like caramel.â She then proceeded to snatch the drink out of my hand and said ânext time make sure you stop at the speakerâ after about 30 seconds she came back with another drink and made a smart remark to her coworker stating âitâs just gonna be made the same lmaoâ.    Read moreReally terrible quality. I work at Starbucks in St. Louis MO and I'm very familiar with the standard recipe of the drinks I order, and their modifications. I ordered a Venti Salted Cream Cold Foam Cold Brew, 9 pumps caramel, no ice, extra cold foam. I watched the barista pour the last of her vanilla sweet cream into the blender, top it off with nonfat milk (not even in the recipe for VSC), and pump sugar-free simple (why?) into the blender before foaming it. This was a remake since there was extra ice in the first one. I also ordered a no water London Fog tea latte; she steeped my tea in water (I ordered no water) and then poured the tea into the foamed milk. This is literally the opposite of what I asked for.
