This by far the worst experience I have ever had with getting furniture delivered. I placed an online order, when the order status changed from Processing to Pending Delivery, I called the store to set a delivery up and was told they couldn’t do that because it was an online order it’s a different department that would call me. My order sat in Pending Delivery for TWO DAYS. I reached out to Customer Service who informed me that my local store (the one I called) would call me to schedule the delivery. I call them back and get the delivery scheduled 4 days from now between 11a-3p. The next day the store calls me and tells me they lost the drawers to my footboard and they would need to order new ones and they would deliver them a different day. Now it’s delivery day no calls from anybody, no one has shown up. I call the store at 2:30p asking where the delivery people where I was told they were still out making deliveries they would be there. I get a call 20 minutes later saying I have to reschedule that the drivers have been to my house twice and no one answered and they left door tags. NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP AT MY HOUSE. My room is RIGHT next to the driveway and the front door I would have HEARD them pulling up before they even got out the car. I call the store back at 5:30p to reschedule and was told the drivers went to the wrong house and they would come back out this evening to deliver it. The store closes at 7p. I wait an hour no one has came I call again 6:30p was told the drivers were still out making deliveries and they were coming. I call at 7:01PM like they STILL are not here and the store is closed so what the hell is going on. I was told they are still out making deliveries and he would call to see where they are. Never got a call back. I call AGAIN at 7:45 and of course no one answers because THE STORE IS CLOSED!!!!! So I’ve missed an ENTRE day of work waiting on this delivery and it’s 8:17 and they STILL aren’t here. Nothing but problems since I placed this order. Never again. Read moreLET ME GIVE AN UPDATE!!!. I paid one off one of my tv's and decided to order a pillow top King mattress last week. From the conversation everything was all good and I was to expect a phone call by Tuesday to let me know when it came in and set up delivery. I ended up calling them yesterday (Wednesday) and I was told it was not ordered because a $50 deposit had to be put down. My thing is since they are under new management and he was putting in the request last week they should have told him that day so he could have let me know. Not wait the day I call in to find out where the mattress is and why it was taking so long. So UNCOTH and UNPROFESSIONAL on their part because I am sure when a payment is late they are quick to call and ask about that. As long as I have been a customer I have never had an issue but things like this should not happen...COMMUNICATION is the key. I have nothing toward the young man that I have been dealing with, he has been very nice. This new management team should be more CONSIDERATE to their customers and let them know when changes come about or new policies are enforced. Don't get me wrong I will still continue to have business with them when needed but I didn't care for that at all!!!
I have been a customer of Aaron's on St. Charles Rock Rd since 2014. I basically furnished my whole house with them. I will say making payments is easy and there are times when you might run into something but they were always there to make it happen. I still continue till this day to do business with them. Read moreI would give them zero stars if I could. They are rude & ghetto. They delivered furniture to my house that was dirty & broken. The lamps were broken, had been glued back together & pieces were missing. The rug we got had red stains on top of it & on the bottom wet stains. While looking for something inside the couch I thought I lost I found fake nails, crumbs, puzzle pieces, hair accessories, pens, pencils & etc. When I contacted them they said they just picked it up & delivered it to us. They didn't even bother to inspect the furniture & make sure it was clean. Then when they delivered it they tried to charge me a different price that was atleast $100 more. They offered to clean it & bring it back. I told them I wanted to return the furniture because I don't trust them anymore. They were supposed to come on Tues & didn't show or call. They supposedly came out Wed & left notice they had been here on the sidewalk. Then they rescheduled for today & lied when I called & said they didn't have us scheduled. The manager Jordan was super ghetto. She just wanted to lie, tell & argue with me. They said they only have one delivery guy so they are wanting to reschedule again.
