I moved into a one-bedroom apartment ($1,100 per month) almost 8 months ago, and itās been constant harassment and disturbance from the leasing consultant (Miss Michelle). Sheās extremely unprofessional, rude, liar and doesn't seem at all qualified to run a property. Firstly, on March 12, 2024, at about 4:56pm, I stopped by to pick up my mail and I heard her yelling (hey, hey, hey), and walking towards me, and I said to her, thatās disrespectful and unprofessional, no matter what, you must learn to address tenants of the property you manage by their name. The next day, I went to the office to report the incident to Brad, and she lied and denied it. I remember telling Brad that I do not want to deal with her anymore, if he has any information for me, he should contact me directly. Secondly, on June 9, 2014(Sunday) at about 2:38 pm, I was taking a nap and I heard a bang on my door, and when I opened, it was Miss Michelle, she said I should come down and move my car for some other person to pack his truck (based to Bradās instruction, those where her words). Again, thatās extremely unprofessional, if you do not want occupants to pack in a certain place, put a signage, instead of disturbing my peace on a Sunday afternoon. Thirdly, on July 7, 2024, at about 3:21pm, I stopped by to pick up my mail, and she walked up to me and said you almost caused an accident, I was like what are you talking about? She said its on tape and that she will show it to Brad in the morning. Ok, I will be at the office to see the lies she has made up. In the overall, itās been an awful experience. Her (Michelle) rude and disrespectful behavior towards tenant like me is not acceptable and must stop. Miss Michelle needs to understand that if there are no tenants, she wonāt have a job in the...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePlease spare yourself.... This is literally the worst place to live. I moved into a townhouse($867 per month) almost 2 years ago. I fell in love with the laminate wood flooring, soaring ceilings and brick fire place. IT WAS A TRAP.Management is horrible not even 2 years have past and we have already been through 3 different property managers. And the most recent, Shelly is the worst. Shelly is extremely unprofessional and doesn't seem at all qualified to run a property. This community's budget is very minimal and that is their excuse for everything. They allowed my family and I to live with several MICE for weeks because they did not want to pay for an exterminator... only traps (Shelly claimed the land was once farm land, so it's normal for field mice to enter homes for warmth) She is ridiculous. Nothing gets done in a timely manner here... And you can forget about contacting corporate, they never return calls. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE! I can not wait to move this year... the only reason we renewed our lease after the 1st year is because we were getting a new property manager... I had high hopes for major improvements... AND THEN CAME SHELLY, the most unprofessional individual I've met from...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have been living at Pear Tree Village Apartments for 3 yrs now, and I must say that this was THE BEST Living Experience regarding Apartment Living I've ever had. The Property Manager Brad; he is so cool and such a great Manager. He's very attentive to the residents and their apartment issues. Ms. Michelle, The Leasing Consultant, that lady is such an Angel and her persona is so inviting and warm. She makes every resident there feel like family; and it's an added bonus that her attentiveness to the residents and the property is A-1. The maintenance team Lamarr and Jesse, those guys are the best. If we as residents have maintenance issues they take care of all issues immediately and it's done right the first time none of that extra mayhem people get from most maintenance teams in Apartment living. I have outgrown my stay here because my family is growing so fast and we now need a house, but I would stay another 3yrs. Quiet community, well lit at night and the neighbors are all really cool people. I love it here at Pear Tree Village Apartments, and I hate to leave, but I recommend this...
