I probably should have looked at the reviews before sitting down at this place, but selection for restaurants with seating is very limited in the small airport. First, there are no menus. All through your phone with QR codes. My sister, who has no idea what those are, would’ve been absolutely dumbfounded by the concept. The process of ordering by phone isn’t required for drinks and the waitress told us that’s just for the menu that she will take the order. But she never came around so I placed the order online. The interface isn’t that easy to work with and it was confusing that I was ordering a side salad but then also substituting Fries for additional onion rings, and the price was overcharging me based on what was seen on the screen.

It’s safe to say that their French dip is probably the one item that will not get you sick to your stomach. Everything else is deep fried and I could smell the fish sandwich from the person next to me.

Probably the biggest surprise was in the middle of my salad, where I found the stem of romaine lettuce that should have been discarded, but was served to me and hidden underneath all of the other green. The cucumbers looked wilted or dehydrating, and the tomatoes were squashy, which yielded a not so savory taste.

My sister asked for a glass of ice water and after waiting 15 minutes for it we decided just to pack...

We had a mediocre experience at the Budweiser Brewhouse. We were waiting to board our flight, like probably all other guests, so we had some time to kill. Firstly, the QR code menus didn't work properly. After spending a few minutes to browse and log our orders from our phone, the site errored out and our orders were gone. I had to walk up to the server to get physical menus, which were different than what was on the site. We had to re-review the menu. Once we were ready to order, the server took only a partial order, left the table to ring it in, and then had to come back to take the rest of the order. He didn't write the orders down, so he had to come back multiple times to complete the process. That was fairly confusing. The drinks arrived, and they were good - probably the highlight of our visit. Shortly after, the food arrived, and it was neither good nor bad. The dressing for our salad was forgotten, and we waited for the server to catch our eyes or come back to bring some for us. As a number of minutes had passed, I had to walk to the bar to get some salad dressing. This might have been a fluke, but I'm not really eager to...

I went inside and sat myself like the sign said and this was at 6:30am so very quiet and not busy. I sat there for 10 minutes before I finally asked someone if she could take my order or if someone else was coming over. She immediately snapped back and said you could have ordered from a sticker that was on the table and I told her sorry I did not know that. She was VERY PISSY with her response and I said again yes ma'am I didn't know so she well do you know what you want again with a pissed off attitude so I told her nevermind and I walked out. She said very sarcastically have a good day. If I had my say or her boss she'd be fired immediately. This was my second time trying this place and first time a waitress came right over and took my order and never said anything about the sticker. Not to worry I will let everyone I talk to know about my experience and hopefully a owner sees this and...

2 stars only because one of the servers “Jackie” (red head server about 40) who was very inhospitable. While waiting for my order I sat at an empty table connected to another table where a woman was on her laptop, (2 connected tables with 3 other chairs.) Jackie came by and asked if we knew each other to which I said no. Then Jackie said “You’re RUDE” and moved the tables apart abruptly on her own accord and walked off. Sitting there confused, I asked the woman seated diagonally if she was directing that comment at me which she seemed to confirm. Now there are respectful ways to speak to *paying* customers. Jackie, maybe you’re having a bad day but don’t be crass and rude to others. Perhaps you should pursue a different line of work. The other server named “Do*****” was polite, patient and respectful for which I added the extra star. Hopefully, this obscene behavior wasn’t racially motivated.

So this review is in comparison with other airport eateries. This place has a pretty good selection of beers on tap, and not just Budweiser and Anheuser-Busch products. The service we received was quick and responsive. I ordered the French dip sandwich and it was pretty good although I suspect some of it may have been microwaved. The most disappointing part of the meal by far, was the french fries. They arrived warm, dry, and bland. This place is pretty good, and as far as the limited selections go at the St. Louis airport, I suppose it could be worse.
