Eighteen-76 — Restaurant in Missouri

Atmosphere is good bartenders and servers are great!!! 👍🏾 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️. The food selection not as good it’s not alot to choose from and enemies high for the airport!! I also don’t really like the food options or the kitchen/ food prep area. There’s an older lady in the back eating chicken wings not really washing her hands in between things although she’s using gloves. The chips aren’t covered that they’re serving although she’s using a glove to get them out, but she’s not washing hands in between things and touching her face and her nose. I seen there was a sandwich to go out but that she noticed the sandwich was wrong. She noticed it didn’t wash your hands after and kind of digging in her nose and touched the bread to open the sandwich up to fix it. And brought it back out. I don’t know everything but it’s just not the most clean and sanitary set up. My dad‘s a chef , and I went to culinary school. I had my own custom cake business and also catered. so this isn’t a good kitchen/prep set up. Room for improvement !! ALOT!! and also might want to check into it because there could be potential potential option for food borne illnesses or worse . FYI. Oh and the server just grabbed a banana Pepper from the drink accompaniments (where the limes, oranges, cherries,etc are kept) and popped it in her mouth. No gloves nothing…. Do NOT give this place your business. The server is rude (the one who worked Thurs 7/13/23) her and the bartender don't even acknowledge you standing there waiting. When after 8 min of no acknowledgement I walk in to ask if we can sit at one of the several available tables, she says NO! and before I could inquire further, she says, I haven't decided if I'm gonna serve more food or not. She says there are two other restaurants, I suggest you go there. I told her we were trying to spend money and patronize her place but we would be contacting someone, she acted like she could care less. She certainly took the cake on rudeness and should be nowhere near hospitality!! I haven't seen a duo of such lazy and rude and seemingly discriminatory people in a long while. These people should work somewhere that doesn't involve public interaction. Don't give this place your business. Turkey Melt was great. Bartender was pleasant. I get that it was busy, but waitress Cathy was rude to so many people. I actually sat at bar to avoid her but waals stuck at end near her POS terminal. I spent the next 30-40 minutes listening to her talk about. Ad tippers (apparently only $2.90 on a $70 tab but heard her say she knew they waited a long time for food but they were there a long time??? She was non stop complaining about people using the qr codes and got really upset when am order was double entered because of it. Then constant out loud complaining about how that's $72 out of her pocket.
