As a former worker, I am appalled at the levels of consideration for others from both staff and patrons!! It does not take much to clean up after yourself. Grown folks expect maid service because of social status. It's disgusting and sad. I did however love the American Airlines crew, they were so friendly and made everyone feel welcome. Coming from me? The staff is loud, argumentative, obnoxious, and rude to eachother and if they treat eachother like that by calling each other "family" I can only imagine how I'd be treated as a customer. In several instances people would wait on a drink with no one to help them because staff is on their personal phone in the kitchen or management is in the office sitting down. The foods are not changed out often, sits for 3 hours at a time, and milk and soup products get refilled (not replaced daily just refilled over yesterday's product which causes cross contamination. ) Sanitary buckets are not changed out, and mold does grow under the coffee machine, in the machine and in the grates. I did my best with cleanliness but would be told I'm spending too much time cleaning and not keeping items stocked. I'm biased...
Read moreWanted to compliment the staff at the St Louis Admirals Club. They professionally helped me rebook so I could get back home in a reasonable time after my flight from charlotte to ECP was cancelled. The staff was professional, helpful and friendly. Cindy and Carlos helped me with rebooking. Jenn in the lounge was very friendly and helpful as well! Overall the staff at the STL Admirals Club is the best in the entire admiral club system. I always look forward to going there on my trips to STL. It is often the highlight of my entire trip! I wish the staff in all the Admirals clubs were as welcoming, professional and helpful as the St Louis Admirals club team! Please pass on my thanks and compliments to these great team of...
Read moreOne of the better Admirals Club that I have been to in the country. The staff were all friendly and was diligent with the cleaning.
The food and drinks choices here are more limited in comparison to AA Flagship Lounges, but noticeably more offerings than the average Admirals Clubs elsewhere. The bathrooms were also recently renovated, which is always a plus.
Non alcoholic beverages are complimentary and alcoholic offerings are a la carte, requiring cashless payments.
What's most important is that the front desk is very helpful, and more knowledgeable than some counter clerks in the airport. They spotted and helped me avoid an problem with a ticketting change that could had caused problems for my...
