1st time I came here I ordered the Classic Coffee with milk 0% sugar and tapioca black pearl boba...it was incredibly delicious even with NO sugar! The coffee was flavorful and boba tasty with perfect texture. 2nd visit i brought my kids, we ordered Taro Milk Tea with panda boba, which is crystal pearl and black tapioca pearls 30% less ice, and Hawaii fruit tea with black pearl boba...both drinks were exceptionally tasty and my kids said it's the best boba tea we have ever gotten. Last minute purchased a Strawberry Milk Tea with black pearl boba 0% sugar and no ice(in video) 2 thumbs up and very addicting flavor deliciousness. Also love how affordable the drinks are definitely cheaper and better quality then Starbucks or other boba places. 3rd visit delicious as ever Strawberry blended with ice and 1 without was delicious did not disappoint. Employees were clearly bored sitting behind the counter on their phones. Did not greet us when we came in and their expressions did not seem thrilled that we sat there and enjoyed our drinks and the chess game. Not as warm and inviting as...

This place was great! Great customer service, everyone was so polite and welcoming. They had such big smiles when I walked in and were such big help with the menu. I learned so much about boba. I can’t wait to spend every weekend getting boba. The manager Michael was super helpful and patient. The employee Billy was great at making my drink, he made sure my order was exactly the way I wanted it. The next employee I want to give a shout-out to is Jayden. Such a lovely girl. I see her doing big things in the future. Love that she has a twin! I thought they were the same person:) The employee Josh was very friendly and you can tell he makes a positive working environment. I love this place. So many very interesting options to choose from! The menu is clear and the staff will very politely explain and answer any questions you have. You can even go very low/ no sugar on some items, the "milk" teas are non-dairy, and for items calling for milk, they have oat, almond and other plant based options to substitute. They also have a super interesting waffle bar with waffle bases that are crispy, brownie, and red velvet. Toppings range all across whatever you think you'd like! You can order with a staff bender or via a touch screen when you walk in. Also, the atmosphere is comfortable, classy, and fun. It's not loud but interaction is definitely encouraged.
