The Pep Line — Local services in St. Charles

I came across this wonderful shoppe about 1 1/2 years ago & from the very first time I stepped foot into the shoppe I fell in love!!! All the items currated in the shoppe can fit anyone’s home decor style. I love the modern edge with a touch of traditional feeling in my home decor & all the items in my home (99%) have been from The Pep Line, Pep Van Style & Peppeared Design!! I can’t tell you how my home has been transformed by all the various decor & many compliments I get. One of the many things I love about the shoppe is not only the quality products at great price points, but the exceptional customer service Shannon & her team provides & how they take pride in everything they do to ensure a true shopping experience!! Although there is a no return policy (which is standard now a days with small businesses) I have had a couple occurrences where I’ve needed to exchange a full price item & it was done with no problems whatsoever. The final sales that The Pep Line have after seasons is amazing, however note that those are final sales, as again that is a standard practice in most businesses. I cannot recommend this beautiful shoppe enough from home decor, great gifts & lovely jewelry & candles, there is something here for everyone!! My mom bought a little Christmas figurine for me and it wasn’t quite my style, but there was something else there I preferred. And when we went to return the gift 4 days after she bought it, they wouldn’t even let us exchange it for the other gift and pay the extra $10 difference. Instead we had to keep the gift we weren’t set on and then buy the gift we actually wanted because the owner “couldn’t do that because Christmas stuff is 50% off now.” Someone who wants to keep good report as a small business owner would take the extra mile to let us buy another product without screwing us over on the other. My favorite place to shop for home decor and furniture! This shop is beautifully curated in a gorgeous historic building in town. There is a charm to it that makes it feel special.
