Halberstadt's Mens Clothiers — Local services in St. Cloud

My husband and I used Halberstadt's for our wedding for the guys suits. And although we ended up getting everything we needed for our wedding & the guys looked great… Halberstadt’s was a pain to deal with. They have a terrible system for keeping track of orders. We got 3 shirts too many (all repeat sizes or the wrong size) and on the day of our wedding we STILL had one shirt that wasn’t right. They had some problems with shipping (which was out of their control) but I wish they would have just been honest with us and told us they couldn’t get our order in... Because they actually ended up going to different vendors to get the shirts (that were different brands & some had pockets and some didn’t.. which I thought was very obvious appearance wise). I can’t tell you how many times I had to stop in their store or call there because I was so upset that they had made yet another mistake. I will however say that Dave (wasn’t the guy we originally worked with/ placed the order with), was very helpful and apologetic. He tried his best to help us and correct the mistakes (even though they weren’t his problem). But given the hassle- I don’t think I would recommend them to other bridal parties...

AMAZING! No other word would do justice to Todd's knowledge, helpfulness, and willingness to help. 2 months before a Hawaii wedding I called Todd and requested help in obtaining suits due to problems with the ones that had arrived from Australia where the bride is from. We got measurements, Todd placed the order, I sent 2 suits to Australia and with 1 month until the wedding everyone has a perfect fitting suit from Halberstadt's. Todd is knowledgeable, he questioned some of the measurements due to metric to English conversion, which he was correct about and could have caused more problems had he not.

Customer service A+++ I was informed of every step of the process and could not have asked for anything more. Todd was invested!

I would not recommend getting a suite here. We had 2 fathers 5 groomsmen’s and 2 ushers get a suite here and almost all the suites had issues just days before our wedding. Father 1: They forgot to order his dark blue suite. Had to over night it. Groomsmen 1: shirt too small. Had to get him a new shirt. Groomsman 2: pants were too tight. He was too worried that it was too close to the wedding so he didn’t ask for new pants Groomsman 3: jacket too small. They ordered a new one to his house. The new jacket was still too small. By that point it was a day before my wedding. He didn’t get a new one. Usher 1: pants didn’t fit had to order him new ones.

Having to worry about your wedding and last minute details while worrying about the guys suites is too much. Stay away if you care about your sanitary and want your pictures...
