THE MARKER WILL NOT COME OUT AND THEY DO NOT JUST DO THE TAGS THEY USE AN UGLY GREEN MARKER SO THEY CAN KEEP UP WITH RETURNS! FORGET THAT u are SPENDING YOUR MONEY TO BUY SOMETHING NICE AS A GIFT OR YOURSELF AND NOW U HAVE THIS MARKER SHOWING THROUGH YOUR CLOTHES . I DON'T WANT THE EXPLANATION ANYMORE BC IT'S THE SAME THING ..I NEED A NEW PROCESS. Like cut the tag a little or make us show the reciept that says all sales final! I used to love shopping here a lot but now I only go once awhile. Tried selling clothes and they only wanted to offer 5.40 for a tank top and crocs when I know they would turn around and sell for 20 to 40 dollars. They also said that my clothes were worn out when 90% of the stuff was new stuff I had gotten and had tags on it. I have shopped there many of times and seen clothes dirty and even bottom of shoes are pretty worn out and they say you stuff is more then gently used. Also saying that they are over stock on items so that is why they pass. Please update the sheet you have next to the register about items you need so people know what they should bring. Now I know what people mean who tell me not to sell...

the employees are SO SLOW at checking customers out, getting them a changing room, and sorting out their clothing. the prices have been increasing lately which is super annoying. they pay very little for your clothing - i highly recommend asking how much they are giving you per item if you sell to them. sometimes its nice to make a little extra cash but other times you should sell on depop. i was offered $5 for a brand new pair of Nikes. sold them on depop for $68. if you are going to shop here, do it when things are on sale, at the end of each season. i snatched a few items during the 70% and 90% off sale though they were not in the best shape. satisfactory for now, may not be the best a...
