Mark & Katie are awesome to work with! Our first experience was several years ago with cleaning up our former "corrupt/virus infected" computer and Katie did an excellent job for us at that time. Mark assisted us with our TSA Pre-Check enrollment which was quick and a very smooth process! Most recently Mark & Katie assisted us with a purchase of a new laptop and monitor from their store. They worked with us during every step of the process, including installation of new software, transferring files and data from our old hard drive, and educating us on the use of Windows 11 and all the other features of our new computer! They spent as much time as we needed to train us regarding virus scans, backups, and other support that we needed. I brought in a Server for Mark and Katie to fix because I got so frustrated after trying to fix it for 2 weeks. Both Mark and Katie are good at their job and I wanted to give them a shot a fixing it. Unfortunately, the server was unable to be repaired but I was happy that they attempted too. Eventually, I was able to repair it myself. I am not mad that they were unable to fix it but they do need to work on their communication. Mark would tell me that he would update me about the server every week but never did so I ended up calling him. In my conversations with Mark, he wouldn't tell me what kind of progress that has been done. After about 4 weeks I decided to take the server back. Katie was helpful and brought my server to my car for me.

Computer Dynamics is supreme at fixing Desktops and laptops, but I wouldn't recommend bringing...

I am so impressed with Computer Dynamics. My father's laptop caught a hardcore virus last month. We were at a dead stop with what to do next...Katie to the Rescue! Throughout the repair, reboot, re-install process, Katie was incredibly professional, personable, communicative and patient with my dad. She got it back up & running and it cost far less than we expected. Then, a few weeks later, dad went out of town and was having trouble again. Without hesitation, she took the time to advise him over the phone (a "Settings" issue) so he could re-establish email access. Computer Dynamics has more than earned our business, our loyalty and our gratitude.
