I never knew about this space, but there's a dance studio, an art gallery, a school... All sorts of cool things happening. I called and made an appointment to see the latest exhibition, called Ritual. Due to COVID, I think, they are having one person come through at a time. The person who let me in was masked and very kind. I was directed to a table of programs for the art showing and left to walk through at my own pace. I enjoyed the exhibition so much. There are so many ways to interpret "Ritual," and it was fascinating to see what folks had created. One piece was what looked to be pieces of dryer lint, framed, with quotes from an old-fashioned book about women's household responsibilities sewn to them. Another was called "Gather," a series of drawings of a family at the table as, through the years, children got older, left, got married, etc. Many religious rituals were used for inspiration, as well as hygiene rituals, marriage and family rituals, etc. I left a donation and was allowed to fill my water bottle back up before leaving. (It was a hot day and a long walk back to the bus stop!) This was a wonderful use of an hour, and I was happy to discover a space I knew nothing about.

I was there with a friend and we used it as a small venue -ish for a small gathering and I can't say it's a big enough space and they made it up pretty. It was really nice there. Plus we were the only once there so we didn't have to worry about...
