Trufusion offers a wide variety of classes that I’ve ever seen! I can get my cardio in with a cycling class or boxing, tone and sculpt with a hot Pilates, hot yoga vinyasa class or TRX class, lift weights during a kettlebell class, or stretch and restore with a hot yoga yin class. They offer clean and modern looking locker rooms with showers and hygiene supplies like deodorant, contact solution, etc.
Staff and instructors are very kind and bubbly, and instructors often provide modifications to movements/exercises to increase or decrease the intensity, which I very much appreciate!
The only thing is that this mainly a group fitness gym. So you can’t just randomly go to the gym and lift weights or get on the elliptical, which I was a little bummed about at first, but lemme tell you that (for me) it’s kind of the best thing ever to just go to a class and be told what to do. You don’t have to take time out of your day to plan out a legit workout.
I used to have the $20 membership at club fitness, and I often would feel like I should go to the gym. But for the Trufusion classes I actually want to go to the gym and arrange my calendar so that I can go as often as I can. If you’re thinking about trying a gym, try out Trufusion! You won’t...
Read moreI would absolutely recommend TruFusion! Over the past decade I've tried to dedicate to the gym and running but was never really disciplined enough to stick with it. Just within the first week here I've loved it so much that I basically want to go every day!
Pros: The atmosphere & people for sure. Between the music and the lighting you find yourself really getting into things. Even the locker room is super impressive and well maintained. The teachers are really understanding and upbeat - the 45 minutes will fly by before you know it! Also the front desk staff are super nice
Cons: More for the hearing and visually impaired, but just make sure to get in a spot where you can see the teacher; as well keep an eye on how close you are to a speaker (back center has been best for me so far). Some classes are reeeeally multi step in their exercises and you may miss what they do/say. They do make the effort to repeat themselves, but in their bliss some instructors will absolutely blast the music - your life is now loud gibberish noises and you're looking at others to figure out the workout. It doesn't happen with all instructors, but it's something to...

Ellen’s 45 Min. I’m in Miami btch Ride* was pure 305 magic from the first beat drop. 💃 The reggaeton, salsa, and Latin house playlist had that perfect Miami-Cuban blend — caliente, high-energy, and impossible not to move to. It felt like pedaling through a street party in Little Havana, with Ellen as the ultimate hype queen.
Her cues? Sharp like a cafecito shot. ☕ The energy? Hotter than a July afternoon on Ocean Drive. 🌴 She kept us climbing, sprinting, and dancing in the saddle until we were dripping like we’d just come off the dance floor at Ball & Chain.
If you want a ride that’s equal parts sweat, sabor, and South Beach swagger — Ellen’s got you. This isn’t just a workout… it’s a Miami night out at...
