ALERT: Long review, worth reading! ( : I said YES to my dress on 3/4/25; late reviewing, but better late than never, right? However, I could not be happier with the experience I had - so much fun! I worked with Mariah from the start and then with Madilyn and her expertise - who made my vision HEARD! They are very knowledgeable about the bridal business!! It lit me up when I got invited to the grand opening prior to even saying YES to MY DRESS; When I saw the CEO as a women, bedazzling, I was very intrigued and knew I’d be back for my scheduled apt. So glad I did!! I even received a customized hanger for my gown the day I wear it; super nice! All the ladies were super sweet, not awkward, nor did they force a sell; fasho honored my budget – I got to take MY dress home – THE SAME DAY!! I did buy “off the rack” which was a few sizes bigger than I am, however the ladies even suggested a few alteration shops, and I already had my 1st fitting/hemming – shortening of straps– got all that rolling, cant wait to get the French bustle added next – JUST like my girl Madilyn advised. I am going to WEAR MY DRESS like a GLOVE, absolutely can’t wait (wedding in September; plenty of time) Also looking forward to going back to Luxe and doing my full look once my alterations are complete – the ladies said I can get jewelry, and a veil if I decide by then that I am going to wear 1 lol – which is cool cause lets be honest I am still unsure on all that yet. I don’t have bridesmaids, and my mom lives out of state so this experience is one I’ve been encountering on my own; however I would not trade the way I felt at this boutique; **I got a nice additional treat day of – 2 complimentary glasses of wine from City Winery across the little walkway down there at the Foundry! Great partnership Luxe! I have not yet gotten my rejoicing free wine yet, because I plan to take my mom in closer to when my alterations are finished - she can come to town, and get the experience of seeing me in my dress, in-person for the first time as my Y E S moment continues -CHEERS 10/10 would recommend this...

I don’t enjoy in-person shopping and it was nice to know that a dress I am interested in was in stock to try on here. I did my first dress shopping experience with Hailee and no guests. I don’t have friends in the area because they are in different states but that didn’t make a difference because of Hailee’s attention. She took photos of the dresses and suggested I look at them to get a different POV. She’s so attentive too and is able to style a dress based on what you felt was missing. Every dress she picked out for me I found to be beautiful so she listens to what you’re interested in and what features in dresses you dislike. Despite having no in-store alterations team, Hailee can give you an idea about how a dress can be modified to help decision making. She even encouraged me to do a sit and walk test. The store is calm too, so that made a great in-person atmosphere. I highly recommend visiting if you’re dress shopping and looking for styles at a discount. I really loved my time here and the experience Hailee created for me. Ultimately I found a different dress online, visited two other boutiques and this store still stands out...

I had the most magical experience at Luxe Redux! From the minute we walked in, we were greeted and welcomed by the stylist, Hannah. She was so wonderful from start to finish. Her upbeat, bubbly and positive attitude made my experience so fun and unforgettable! She was quick to pick dresses out based on my style preference. We all had such a blast with laughs, tears(happy ones of course) but overall just wonderful vibes. The environment is top notch and it truly takes your breath away when you walk in with the luxurious aroma & the most beautiful dresses everywhere you look. I found my dream dress and the more exciting part is that you get to leave with your dress THAT DAY!! So whether you’re needing a dress quicker than usual, or just want a great place to go, this is your place!! I didn’t want the day to end with how much fun my experience was here! Overall, I highly recommend coming to Luxe Redux if you’re looking for a place to shop and not only leaving with your wedding dress, but also with the biggest smile and your heart full...
