As a gamer I don’t enjoy having to go 7 months without a gaming computer, or computer in general. I told them my problem and they estimated that it would take about 3 business days to fix it, but they managed to exceed my expectations and there own, and managed to fix it in a couple hours. However this was on a Friday late in the afternoon around 4:00 so I just had to wait for the following Monday. Since my computer didn’t need any extra parts, they checked what the problem was and fixed it for a low price of $69. Absolutely WONDERFUL service!! They were fast and fairly priced for computer repair. They changed out my 11-year-olds hard drive on her laptop that is being used for virtual distance learning, currently during the pandemic concerns. They did all of this in one afternoon and it was Christmas Eve!! They have also done fantastic work on my In-Laws, (in their late 70's and not very computer literate), computer and assisted them with all of the questions they had and did not treat them condescendingly for not knowing simple tasks and commands! I had a wire break on a turntable tonearm while swapping cartridges. I called up Bhosted.NET and Andrew answered saying to bring it in and he'd take a look. Turntable tonearm wires are very very small and thin and I had neither the experience nor the equipment for the task.

I took the item in and within 10 minutes I was walking out with a freshly soldered wire and connector. Andrew was helpful to describe the wire type he was dealing with and solution for my problem.
