To say I’m sorely disappointed is an understatement. Went to Drunken Noodle tonight with our roommate. My boyfriend and I ordered the Pad Thai with roasted pork and shrimp. This is what we order to share almost every time. We also ordered the Thai dumplings and a full sushi roll. It is an extra charge for shrimp and another charge for pork (understandably) - However, upon splitting the entree we realized there was a SUBSTANTIAL amount of pork missing in the meal. Someone who was not our server dropped the meal off at our table. We flagged down a gentleman, whom I was informed was actually part of their HR team, and I showed him how little the amount of pork was. (We had split the noodles, and had to dig through them all just to find the tiny pieces of pork “mixed in” to the dish.) I let him know we order this meal frequently and we wanted the correct portion. (It had never come all chopped up into tiny pieces like this before) He asked if the amount of shrimp was good, to which I replied it was. 6 shrimp was what we paid for and that is what we had received. He said would you like me to just bring us some roasted pork on the side, and I said that would be great.
side note- some of our pork was also found in our roommates dish- and she hadn’t even ordered pork, so we knew some of our portion was accidentally mixed in with hers. She ordered regular pad thai, with no protein.
They then proceeded to bring out a whole side of pork with some weird sauce on top that I had to scrape off to add to our meal. Long story short, they added an additional $7 to our meal and when we asked the server about it, neither the manager or HR guy would even speak with us and refused to take it off our bill. I genuinely felt terrible for our server as they were almost in tears trying to make this right for us. They even offered to just take care of it theirself, and I would not let them do that. We even heard them encouraging our server to be rude to us. It took so much to bite my tongue. I felt awful the managment making the server handle something they couldn’t even be bothered to discuss with us, especially as frequent customers. It was a total slap in the face. Do better. I will never step foot back in this establishment- which is an absolute shame, because the food is amazing when it is made correctly. To be honest, I was pretty embarrassed for hyping it up to my roommate, only to have to deal with this mess..
The following is a picture (a still of a short video) from the last time we ate there (again, ordering the pad thai with shrimp and pork), a picture of what we got tonight, and the check I left behind upon leaving, as the poor managment couldn’t even be bothered to address the situation face to face. I didn’t want to make a whole scene and ruin anybody else’s meal, so this was the way I chose to handle it, as I was pretty upset.
I left $52 because I absolutely refuse to pay for something I did not specifically order and wasn’t even notified beforehand that it would be costing quite a bit extra to bring the dish up to par. I genuinely hope the server is not made to pay for the charge on the bill. We did tip them seperatly because they were so awesome and really went above and beyond to try to rectify the situation. I will find out if they did, and update with that information if/when I receive it. If they do, I will be reimbursing this server for the charge myself, and looking to escalate this further. My roommate paid with card so I really hope they don’t try anything stupid like adjusting her seperate bill, or we will have a whole new set of problems. Good thing I always take pictures of my food. I hope that $7 was worth it. 🤷🏼♀️
EDIT: What is it with businesses making their employees pay for THEIR mistakes?! THAT IS DISGRACEFUL, and not to mention ILLEGAL. I hope Karma...

There's plenty of parking available. We went for dinner and they were busy, but there was no wait. There is a small waiting area with a few seats inside of the restaurant.
Once we were seated, we waited a bit for our server to take our drink and appetizer orders. But they were pretty busy, so I understand that. We sat in the corner, and it was a chair and half booth. It was kind of hard to get into my chair seat because of the spacing, so I had to squeeze myself in. We could have sat somewhere else, but I actually requested the corner.
We ordered the crab rangoon for our appetizer. It was fried perfectly and the cream cheese and sweet and sour dipping sauce together tasted very good. We also ordered tom yum soup, the crispy pork belly rice bowl, salmon lover sushi roll, and pad Thai noodles. Everything was absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly.
The tom yum soup had shrimp and was the perfect amount of sour. The crispy pork belly in the rice bowl was tender and the flavor was phenomenal. Both the soup and rice bowl came with an array of vegetables. The salmon lover sushi roll was fresh and had smoked salmon, cream cheese, avocado, masago and tempura flakes. It was drizzled with a special sauce that was yummy. The pad Thai noodles were my absolute favorite. It came with eggs, bean sprouts, scallions and ground peanuts. For our drinks we ordered coconut juice and sparkling water. The coconut juice had coconut chunks at the bottom and the sparkling water was perfectly carbonated.
Again, everything was extremely delicious and the experience was a good one. I will definitely be returning to Drunken Noodle for...
Read moreDrunken Noodle has officially become my go-to Thai restaurant, and after my second visit, I’m even more impressed! This time, I celebrated my 46th birthday with my wife and two daughters, and from start to finish, everything was absolutely exceptional.
As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted with the most incredible aromas—warm spices, fresh herbs, and sizzling flavors that instantly make you hungry. We started with the combination appetizer plate, and it was the perfect way to kick things off. Every bite was crisp, flavorful, and perfectly balanced between savory and just the right amount of spice.
For our main dishes, we each tried something different, and every single plate was a winner:
I had the Drunken Noodle bowl with beef, and it was hands down the best I’ve ever had. The noodles were perfectly chewy, the sauce had the right amount of heat, and the beef was tender and packed with flavor.
My wife got the Pad Thai with tofu, and she couldn’t stop raving about it. The tofu was crispy on the outside and soft inside, soaking up the sweet, tangy sauce beautifully.
My oldest daughter went with the Pho with beef, and it was nothing short of phenomenal. The broth was rich and aromatic, with just the right balance of spice and depth that makes you want to keep sipping.
My youngest daughter got a rice bowl with beef, and it was the perfect combination of comfort food and bold flavors. The beef was tender, the rice was fluffy, and the seasoning tied it all together beautifully.
Beyond the amazing food, the service was friendly and welcoming, making our celebration feel extra special. Drunken Noodle has won us over completely, and I can’t wait to come back for another meal. If you’re looking for incredible Thai food, this is the...
