Joy LR introduced me to the property management company with providing me with introductory tour at sister properties. And is also available to assist me with my on the spot inquiries when I visit the office.

Scott B. (Property Manager) - Provided me with tour of my current unit, and has made sure to respond to any issue or objection that I have had during my transition/moving into my apartment.

The property is so well maintained, and I would recommend any military personnel, retiree or professional individual that this would be a very comfortable place to reside.

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT, HIDDEN FEES, and neglected upkeep.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!

Use to be Pointe Grand and changed for the worse. They raised my rent and added random fees they wouldn’t negotiate on (ex. living on the 3rd floor fee). They have mandatory “valet trash” that have strict rules on when and what kind of trash they’ll pick up. Mandatory internet fee that is way higher than buying your internet and I continuously have outages which have never been addressed (just closed service requests). My rent after fees is over $1800. Way over the value and over what my friends pay elsewhere.

I have a hot water and pressure issue that when maintenance came, they only installed a worse shower head and said the warm water was the correct heat.

The gym constantly has AC problem (especially 4 months ago during the hottest parts of summer).

All the amenities they advertise are not kept up regularly.

Worst of all, they’ve tried BRIBING residents for 5 star reviews for entries...

I travel country for work and have lived in a lot of places. When I order packages, sometimes things happen and they get lost or delivered incorrectly. That happened here, too. However, one of the women in the leasing office went out of her way to help me find my package. Her name's Lisa Cholerton. She used her knowledge of previous incidents to help me track it down. It took a couple days and a few phone calls, but I got the stuff I ordered. She went above and beyond for me, and because she indicated that this kinda thing has happened before, Im sure she's helped others in this manner as well. 10/10 Employee. 10/10 experience.
