GRAY WOLF® SPIRITS — Local services in St. Michaels

The rested gin "Timber" is strong on the nose at first but if you open your mouth a bit and let it roll over your tongue you pick up all the floral notes. It is surprisingly smooth and not as surprisingly it's also complex. The citrus is balanced nicely with the pepper notes and it makes for a wonderful gin to sip. I can only imagine how much I'll enjoy using it for a gin and tonic. Really enjoyed this and as a Marylander I look forward to venturing over to see the town...

I received a gift box that included rye whiskey, Blue agave Spirit, gin, and vodka. There was a moderate difference in taste between them, but not much. While it was clear what they were trying for with each of them, they all had an overwhelming flavor that I'm familiar with, and that I don't prefer. The only two things I could compare these spirits to would be "samagon" which is essentially Ukrainian white lightning, or Grappa.

Ran into them at the Annapolis farmers market and took a shot on their solera whiskey which my husband said is the best he has ever had, and I love their agave spirit, I don't think you can go wrong with whatever your preference is!
