Update My family just visited on a Sunday morning in January and the space was warm & toasty. Staff was, once again, so sweet and even remembered us from the birthday party 2 months ago ❤️

Sharing this review for anyone considering a children’s party at the carousel pavilion.

Hosted a 2nd birthday here today and had a wonderful experience. Though the party occurred during open public hours, the experience still had a personal touch thanks to the lovely staff.

Party packages include unlimited carousel rides for kids, food (add-ons available a-la-carte) and one choice of activity.

As I was planning the party, the staff shared some great recommendations to help us select from the choices of activities within the party packages. We landed on a free play option — which was perfect for a group of toddlers that were thrilled to play with foam blocks and an oversized connect four game.

Pro tips: schedule your party hours outside of nap times the pavilion is technically an indoor venue but it’s best to dress appropriately for outdoor weather; at least one door/window will remain open for fresh air circulation due to Covid-19 risk mitigation bathrooms were very clean but I would still classify them as park bathrooms — expect colder temp water in...

Worst staff ever. We planned private birthday party for my daughter here and from the moment we chose this place to the day of party, it was always a struggle to communicate with the staff who work here. The manager Marlie works only on 2 days a week and even on those days never pick up phone calls, and pavilion staff is even worse. didn’t allow us to decorate the place before party started and the place where cake cutting supposed to happen was full of garbage and boxes which apparently they had to move, which wasted our time and ruin whole planning. They didn’t help us to set up extra tables n chairs even as communicated before and offered nothing compared to the prices they charged.....highly over priced and inefficient staff .Worst place and service ever....don’t waste your money or occasion. I wish I could give 0 or negative...

We had a birthday party here and it was amazing!! Everything ran so smoothly, and it was so great not to have to think of everything. Their pizza was delicious, and the kids had a blast on the carousel. Tons of space for parents and strollers.
