Its the worst shop, and the worst people in the town. Very unprofessional and rude. They will never explain things clearly upfront. My phone got dead, and I went to fix my phone. The lady there told me they could not fix the phone. She showed me an unboxed Samsung Galaxy A51 phone with AT & T service while my carrier was H2O wireless. I am sure it was refurbished phone while she was claiming it was a brand new one. I asked her whether it is compatible with my carrier. She said they are the same company so it will work. They charged me 399 +28 tax (427 dollars in total) while the phone is available 289 on eBay and 299 on amazon. She told me they would replace or repair if it gets any issue. But now the phone isn't working well on call and internet due to unstable network, even it is showing 3g/2g data. I went there on 8th July, and 9th July, the lady there behaved so rudely with me. After talking with the owner, she told me they won't refund the money, but I could take refurbished iPhone 7 with 32 GB memory for that. I asked for an unlocked refurbished Samsung galaxy note 9 pricing 500 dollars that I would pay the additional money, but she said I have to pay 30% stocking fee, tax, and the additional money which I did not have. I came back and been calling the H2O wireless for the last 4 hours about my internet and phone settings, and the problem could not be resolved. The woman there falsely told me that h2O would work on AT &T, but the reality is it's not working as it should. They will rip you off and continuously change their positions. I have had numerous screens replaced here , every time I've left something was wrong with my phone , camera quits working, antennas go out, screens lifted on the sides , and parts that are supposed to be there aren't when opened up by another local phone repair place, so makes me wonder what really goes on here ..... I have spent at least 300$ with this store and I ask for a replacement for a faulty screen that was put on incorrectly from day one but since there was a tiny chip missing on the corner (from me pushing my screen in just to see my screen ) it has been "dropped and damaged" ,,,, then they offer me another screen replacement on the phone they just told me was bent and a screen was not the solution ? 🤔 How much sense does that make , first offered at 59$ ... after deliberation with the "boss" the "phone repair guy" says we can do it for 50$ and take money out of my check every week to make up the difference I would be willing to do that 😂🤣 Thank you for your 9$ offer ! Went to the store in Starkville to have a screen replaced on 5s. When the phone was ready, he showed me that it turns on, but when I checked the front camera, it didn’t work. He said it would be extra for him to take it apart and fix it again. I told him “No thanks” and took my business else where.
