Flavors Cuisine of Indian — Restaurant in Starkville

Environment: The interior was very clean. Not much cultural designs though as far as decor, furniture, etc. Although there were a few paintings on the wall. Restrooms were not very clean. Restroom door had a huge hole at the floor.

Customer Service: Visited on a week night around 7pm. Only a couple of guests at first arrival. About 20 minutes after, it picked up heavily. Only one server waited on the entire restaurant. The server managed well on his own though.

Food: Ordered the Lamb\Beef Biryani (Mildly spiced). The order took about 15-20 minutes to arrive which was stated on the menu as an expected wait time. The meat was very tender to fork touch. The basmati rice was very flavorful and the spices added much savor.

Ordered the Mango Lassi to drink. It was very creamy and rich. Sweet to the taste.

Didnt check for wifi. Just wanted to enjoy the food.

Will definitely return and try...

We tried several things on the menu and everything came out fresh with amazing flavor. The vegetable samosa was the star if the show! So glad we tried it. We also got the butter chicken, lamb vindaloo, amd goat biryani all were amazing flavor the only problem was the goat dish had several bones (see pic) so I would advise not to get the goat, but they have it also in chicken and lamb. We also got the garlic naan and loved it…. I might add this is or 2nd time trying Indian food (this place is as good as one in Chicago) and now I can say we will be having it many more times now. I'm from India, wanted to try this place and Ordered tandoori chicken and chicken Tikka masala. For The tandoori chicken The menu said it comes with bone in chicken (like leg quarters, like what's in their FB page) couple of pieces for $18, I was very disappointed it wasn't as described at all. It was very small pieces of chicken breast, very dry and pieces were cut/broken into even smaller pieces, very disappointed!! Very small quantity for the price! We also got chicken Tikka masala with sauce and it was very small quantity! The Indian restaurants in Jackson area serve 3 - 4 times the quantity, even with COVID price...
