The furniture we got was okay, we like the non-couch pieces – the couch is quite uncomfortable and was in shoddier condition than we realized when we bought it – but the experience of paying monthly has been awful!
There is no consistency between two different employees at this place as to whether you've paid your bill already, so you can miss a payment even after having received a call that month for a payment, which you settle on that very phone call. We got hit with fees and a credit score knock we're still fixing in part because we trusted an employee who told us we were paid up for the month.
Now the online payment service doesn't work, so we have to go through the human side of it, and that's the side that has told us we were paid up for the month when we weren't and caused us to miss a payment. We'll have to hand-deliver this payment to feel like it won't get lost in the shuffle again.
Taught us never to finance furniture, at least not from this place, and the level of hassle we've had with this has made us choose to look elsewhere for furniture...
