Great selection of supplies and gifts. However I had a very bad experience on 7/31 with one of the employees. I was speaking to a friend on my experience with different types of paints and she constantly interjected into my conversation telling me that I didn’t know what I was talking about. I personally do not believe that I will be returning if I do not feel welcome to speak to my own friends regarding MY experiences with anything. While yes, she works there, I do not feel it was appropriate to talk down to me and my friend how she did. Came in today to get advisement on how to frame a print and the two college aged employees were laughing uncontrollably before I walked in and couldn’t contain themselves once I was inside the store. They apologized for laughing so hard (no big deal obviously) but then were absolutely terrible at helping me find a good print size. They told me to go to Ollie’s or Goodwill if I wanted a great frame.

In hindsight, maybe it was my mistake to go to a framing store downtown. But if you are looking for the slightest bit of professionalism...
