Frazier's Flowers and Gifts — Local services in Statesboro

I've been to this place 4 times now. Each time, it gets worse. The first time, i picked up flowers that were sent to me for my birthday. I was waiting for 30 minutes because they said they weren't there. Whole time, they were in the fridge. Second time, flowers were delivered to me. The flowers were pitiful. The third time, I picked up flowers & a teddy bear that someone got me. I walked out with just flowers before being told that I was supposed to get a teddy bear too so I walked back in & they didnt believe me until they pulled up the order. Today, I ordered flowers for my friend to pickup. I was told they would be done by 2. I call at 2:30, they're still not done and they tell me 3. I send my friend here, she gets the flowers, theres NO card. I told my friend there should have been a card with a message so my friend told the worker & the worker said "oh somebody said you were supposed to have a card?".. my friend waited and waited & the worker said "the girl who was supposed to do your card went home" so my friend waited until the card was done. Let me also mention that the flowers look NOTHING like they did online, it didn't even have the right flowers in it. if someone is paying $50 for flowers, i would reasonably expect them to look atleast halfway decent. If you're sending someone flowers & trusting this place to meet expectations, go somewhere else. Only go here if you have time to pick them up yourself & check...

The flowers in my opinion, were not very representative of what I purchased online, the only similarity in my opinion was the overall color theme. There were far less blooms than represented online, much less color, more green than anything, the overall arrangement seemed shaped kind of messily. I paid extra for the "Deluxe" bouquet, and I'm not really sure if it made any difference. The claim online that if something is not available, your order will be of equal or greater value to make up for the substitution. I understand that flowers are seasonal, and maybe what I purchased wasn't necessarily available at the time, but considering that I paid extra for more flowers, I just didn't expect it to have so much less color and flowers than pictured.

3 Stars because overall service was fine, was convenient and on time. 2 Stars taken off, because although flowers were not terrible by any means, just think maybe more could've been done to create a bouquet representative of the online product.

I do not live in the area, but using their website I was able to get a general idea of what I wanted to send. I called yesterday to place an order and the customer service is wonderful! I wanted to send a Thank You bouquet and unfortunately I called too late in the day, however we were able to arrange next day pick up for the recipient. They were extremely helpful and created the most Beautiful arrangement! I asked they call the recipient when ready and asked if they could also just send me a picture, I gave florist freedom to customize, and who doesn't love to see flowers, right!?! They accommodated all requests and I was completely blown away at the beauty of the arrangement! Best value, flowers, and creation! Big brand online shopping may seem like the "better deal", but you never know how it is actually going to arrive & turn out. Purchasing Local and Direct is a winner every time! I truly wish Google would let me attach the photo to this review because Frazier's Flowers is...
