Went to the store 103 today around 4:45/5pm there was a note on the door stating that they were on break and would be back in 30 minutes. I and another customer that was sitting there waiting I know for over 45 minutes notice that there was a Guy(David) at the back of the Store sitting in his Car I tried to speak to the young man to see if he was the employer that we were waiting on and he rolled up his window on me. To my surprise I pulled off giving him the benefit of the doubt I circled back around to the back of the store where he was and attempted to go up to his car to ask him if he was the employer and as I was walking up to his(David's) vehicle he(David) yelled out his window for me to get away from his car. It was other customers out in the parking lot fussing and complaining that every time they come to the location David is very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. You can certainly watch the Camras and you will be able to see the Vehicles that sat in front of the Store for way over an hour. I work in the public and no matter what the circumstances you just don't treat people and your paying customers in that manner! I will not be going back to that store as long as David is working there and I know by just sitting out there speaking with other paying customers thru this whole ordeal I won't be the only one not going back...
Read moreWe had a great customer service experience at the Staunton, VA ATT store. Our Customer Service Rep was Derek, who was so kind and helpful. I had inadvertently messed up some settings on my IPad and was unable to fix it on my own. Derek was very patient with me and quickly understood what I was trying to do. Within a few minutes, he restored settings back to my preferences and my device was fixed! He also replaced my screen cover which had shattered when I recently dropped my phone. I thought I was looking at replacing my phone screen, but was relieved that it was only the cover and not a greater (expensive) problem. We had a blank check, of course they would only take cash or card...which I left at home.. went to bank...of course bank was closed on a holiday....I went all the way back home to get cash. Got back to the store and the girl helping us was gone....the only girl in the store was new and couldn't help us so we had to wait around almost a full hour for the other girl to get back.
