The customer experience is awkward. You go to pay and it's like you have to haggle for level 1 level 2 level 3 discounts. It's like if I'm signed up for everything just give it all to me. Or don't have any discounts. I don't like the games every time. Last time I was there I told them I had such and such a discount. Once I paid I asked them if I had received all the discounts as I requested and thought I was clear about that I was eligible for. They said I didn't get one of the discounts because I didn't mention that one. I reiterated that I am eligible for all of them. We are in the system and have been going there for years. Why can't they look it up? They had to void out my order and start over. Very annoying. Very obnoxious. SIMPLIFY IT! Why do I have to be an expert on every discount and name every discount correctly by name every time or you won't give it to me? CUT THE CAT AND MOUSE BS! The older female cashier was so rude! She was signing me up for the rewards program and refused to take my ID to get my personal information. I offered it to her because she was asking questions like how to spell my name multiple times. She very rudely waved it away and said, āNo, no. Just tell me.ā Thatās annoying to have to keep repeating myself and giving all my info verbally when you can just get it from my ID!
She asked me how to spell my name SO many times. My name is JESSICA. Very common and I shouldnāt have to repeat the spelling multiple times. It seems like she was intentionally being annoying. Meijer, the store I buy a lot of my stuff from, didn't have it. I checked the internet. I saw an advertisement for the ability for Instacart to buy it from a Better Health store. I first went to the Better Health location on 13 mile, just because it was on my way to my parents house. They didn't have it. I called this Better Health location. Unbelievably they said they had it. I came to the store. I bought a 20 ounce package of Bob's Red Mill Vital Wheat Gluten... this place lacks the organic produce I saw at the 13 mile location... I only bought the one ingredient. I saw a lot of expensive organic and gluten-free products, grain-like stuff like crackers and cereal, a big vitamin section, other stuff I would eat in theory if it was cheaper... but if the Vital wheat gluten works I will be back next time I need another...
