I place a mobile order for drive thru pick at 6:10pm and went to pick it up about 6:35pm. They told me I had to come in,I ask even though it was for a drive thru pick up they told me yes. This not the 1st time they done this to me. Once I get in all the staff is just looking at me no greeting or nothing even the manager just staring.
Then one girl finally asked can I help you I said yes I placed a mobile order for drive through pick up and I told her my name for the order. She ask her staff member about my order another girl was placing fries in the bag and said I don't know then she looked at the receipt and notice it was my order she had and she gave it to me.
So I asked why did I have to come in to get my order when I place the order for specifically to pick up through the drive thru she said with an attitude because your order wasn't even ready which is not a good enough excuse. Like if I didn't do a mobile order and just went through the drive thru my order wasn't going be ready right then and there so was y'all gone make me come in to get my order until it was ready? Not only that I was in there for about 3 minutes and they handed me my order which mean yall was in the process of bagging my meal up which I didn't have to get out to go inside. That was a huge inconvenience for me as a customer who order for drive thru pickup.
Never again will I go to this location again. District or Regional manager really needs to get there staff in order because the customer service is terrible. Like said this had happened before and is now the 3rd time. No one should be treated this way when spending their time and money for trash...
Read moreI come to this location often and never experience any issues. Today, while in a rush after a very long day I stopped in to place an order. After placing the order, I realized I left my wallet at home. I asked the worker at the window if I could pull over to wait for my boyfriend to bring my wallet. He kindly said yes they could place my order aside and wait for me. While parked aside waiting for my boyfriend who was stuck in rush hour traffic, Ebony came to ask how much cash did I have on hand (I told the window worker I had some cash on hand but not enough) and wanted to see what from my order I could cover so that I would not need to wait. At this point the line was building up so my food would have either gotten cold or taken even longer than anticipated. She held kind conversation while I counted the money I had and spare change in my car. I gave her what I had on hand and told her I'd just take off 2 items from the order. Just a few minutes later she returned with the full original order and did not appear impatient or unprofessional for a single second. This small act of kindness felt like a big deal at the time and I'm grateful for being assisted by her. I've had my share of fastfood working days, so I remember it's not easy! One nice act of kindness to someone in hard times having a bad day can be pretty impactful. Shoutout to Ebony for making my day and taking care of a frequent customer who will...
Read moreBefore the COVID pandemic started, this popeyes location was solid. The staff was typically friendly, although there were times when you could tell when an employee really didn't care to be there. However, since the pandemic started along with the chicken sandwich craze, this location has really struggled. It seems like every time I go by, the drive thru line is wrapped around the building. However, it's not really designed to accommodate more than a few cars resulting in a traffic nightmare in the parking lot. Service is incredibly slow as well. If you've ever seen how efficient Chick Fil A usually is during a rush, well this popeyes is the exact opposite. It could takes them an hour to move as many people through the drive thru as a chick fil a can in 10 minutes or less. The handful of times I've decided to wait in the drive thru line, it has taken 45 minutes minimum and closer to an hour and fifteen minutes in one case. I've sat there waiting multiple minutes to just place my order after getting to the speaker followed by another minutes long wait to get your food once you make it to the window and pay. It seems to take at least 3-5 minutes per car in a best case scenario. I would recommend avoiding this place until the dining room is open again to at least do a carryout order or go to a...
